Education
CONTEXT
The Learning Lighthouse, founded by Melissa Clark, is an online tutoring service for students ranging from elementary to college age. Melissa needed a website that effectively showcased her services, made booking sessions easy, and appealed to a wide range of students.
Client Goals & Design Logic
A vibrant, user-friendly site that simplifies booking and supports client retention.
Melissa wanted a site that was both engaging and accessible to her diverse student base. We created a custom design with thoughtful use of colors, fonts, and graphic elements that resonate with all age groups. The focus was on clarity and ease of navigation, ensuring potential students could effortlessly browse her services and book sessions. Acuity Scheduling was integrated to streamline bookings and manage her calendar, along with options for purchasing repeat session packages to encourage client retention.
OUTCOME
The finished website is a vibrant, user-friendly platform that appeals to students of all ages. It simplifies the process of booking sessions and helps Melissa efficiently manage her calendar. With its balance of fun and professionalism, the site supports client retention through easy navigation and streamlined booking options.
client Luv
“It was a true collaborative process where she made my vision come alive.”
Marya and Yangu Web Studio were absolutely amazing!! Marya was very professional and welcoming from the very beginning. The primary meet and greet left a fantastic impression and once we started working, we were so efficient and we communicated very well with each other. It was a true collaborative process where she made my vision come alive with creativity. Marya took every question and nitpick I had like a champ and she fixed any problem that came up. For more complicated questions, she had no problem setting up a video chat session with me so that we didn't have to communicate through email. Honestly, I'm going to miss working her as she is so kind, attentive, and a pro at her craft. Thank you, Marya! I look forward to potentially working with you again. Have a great one!
